- Position Your Cursor: Place your cursor where you want the signature line to appear.
- Head to the Insert Tab: Easy enough, right?
- Find the Text Section: It’s usually nestled within the Insert tab.
- Click the Signature Line Dropdown: This will reveal the magical signature options.
- Select “Microsoft Office Signature Line”: Click it!
- Fill in the Details: In the Signature Setup dialog box, enter the text you want displayed below the signature line.
